Austeja is a Europe-based brand creative that partners with exciting brands, amazing humans & good-will causes. Graduating in illustration and visual communication degree she pursued an art direction route in advertising and balanced it with graphic design. Her work is all about creative function where details deliver the key message with a punch.

Outside of work Austeja runs a global non-prfit organisation for innovative and creative young Lithuanian leaders and is an active mentor in the Big Brother LT mentoring initiative.
